Austria Visa Requirements

For Business Owners
Basic Documents:

• Original and all previous passports

• CNIC (colored scanned copy)

• Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA

• Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC)

• Three recent passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background)

Financial Documents:

• National Tax Number (NTN) at least six months old

• Personal Income Tax Returns for the last two years or Tax Registration Certificate

• Six-month personal bank statement on the bank’s letterhead with stamp and signature. Minimum balance: PKR 1,000,000 for solo applicants and PKR 2,500,000 for families. Sudden deposits should be avoided.

Supporting Documents:

• Proof of proprietorship or partnership

• Company registration certificate or certificate of incorporation

• Chamber of Commerce certificate (if applicable)

• Business bank account statement for the last six months

• Company tax returns for the last three years

• Property documents translated into English

• Vehicle documents

• Credit card statements (six months)

• Relative details, if applicable

For Job Holders

• All passports and CNIC copy

• FRC and MRC

• Three recent photographs (35mm x 45mm)

• Last six months’ salary slips

• Original leave sanction letter on employer’s letterhead

• Personal bank statement with the same financial requirement as above

• Property and vehicle documents

• Credit card statements (six months)

For Retired Persons
